Don’t ever order anything from Thorntons On-line http://www.thorntons.co.uk/ their website is a disgrace. I could only get their ordering system to work if I used Internet Explorer on a PC. In the end it took me over 30 minutes to get a simple order processed.

Then when it came to delivery of the gift they sent me a tracking number, I had specifically requested delivery on the 12 April, as that was my mothers birthday. They were delivered, but at 16:51, hardly the time you would expect a gift to be delivered.

It was an expensive mistake ordering from them I will never use their company again, I’ve asked for a full refund nothing less than that will convince me that they take poor service seriously.
